giveGear is a platform that connects members of youth sports organizations to share equipment. giveGear only facilitates connections between users — it does not handle inventory, shipping, payments, or any transactions. All items shared through giveGear must be free.
giveGear is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no ads, and no premium tiers. This is by design and will not change.
All items listed on giveGear must be offered for free. No selling, trading, bartering, or soliciting donations is permitted. Users must be respectful and act in good faith when sharing equipment.
The code and design of giveGear are the property of LaClair Technologies. Please don't copy or reverse-engineer the app.
giveGear connects people — it does not inspect, guarantee, or warrant any equipment shared through the platform. Users are responsible for evaluating the safety and condition of any equipment they receive. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaClair Technologies shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of equipment obtained through giveGear.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LACLAIR TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
